[Farmhouse Recipe] Octopus Ajillo

Ajillo with octopus cooked in a lot of garlic and olive oil. I recommend serving it with baguettes. It goes well with wines.

Ingredients: 1 serving

3 cloves
50 g
Olive oil
100 ml
1 teaspoon


1. Thinly slice the garlic into about 2 mm thick and the octopus into 5 mm thick.
2. Put the olive oil and garlic in a saucepan. Cook over a medium heat.
3. When the garlic releases its aroma, add the octopus and salt. Simmer for about 1 minute. It's ready to serve.
4. Dip the baguette in this oil and enjoy.
