Roma-style Consomme Soup with Cheese

An egg is mixed with panko and grated cheese, so it's a fluffy soup.
It's actually filling with the cheese and panko.

Ingredients: 2 servings

☆Egg

☆ Panko
3 tablespoons
☆Grated cheese
2 tablespoons
☆Salt and pepper
as needed
Water
2 cups
Consomme soup stock cube
1
Parsley
as needed

Steps

1. Combine ☆ ingredients well.
2. Boil 2 cups of water in a pot and dissolve the consomme.
3. Add the egg mixture from Step 1 to the pot and lightly stir. When the mixture starts to float, turn off the heat.
4. Serve in bowls and sprinkle parsley.
