Butter-Free Healthy White Sauce Made with Rice Flour

All you have to do is combine the rice flour and milk in a frying pan and heat it up--it's an easy white sauce that doesn't get lumpy.

Ingredients: An easy-to-make amount

Milk
150 ml
Rice flour
1 tablespoon
Soup stock granules
1/4 teaspoon
Salt
a pinch
Pepper
a pinch

Steps

1. Combine the rice flour and milk in a frying pan and use a whisk to thoroughly mix. Turn on the heat, and stir over low heat.
2. Once the sauce thickens, mix in the soup stock granules, salt, and pepper, then turn off the heat.
