Story Behind this Recipe
I used to grow bell peppers in different colors and wanted to use them in the winter, too. That's why I came up with a way to freeze them.
Bell peppers are picked at the end of September, so I cut them into different shapes and freeze them. This is very useful to keep a stock for making fried rice and omurice. Just take out as much as you need.
