[Farmhouse Recipe] Frozen Mixed Bell Peppers

Why not dice and freeze your leftover bell peppers for stock to use for fried rice and omurice.


Green peppers or bell peppers (a variety of colors)
as much as you like


1. Wash the peppers and slice them in half. Remove the seeds and pith.
2. Pat the peppers dry with a paper towel and dice into 5-mm cubes.
3. Put them in a freezer bag and freeze.
4. You can use them frozen. Just take out the amount you need.
5. Try them in meat sauce...
6. in a gratin...
7. on pizza toast...
8. Or, you could also use them to make a dressing for Cobb salad. See Recipe ID: 1402684.

Story Behind this Recipe

I used to grow bell peppers in different colors and wanted to use them in the winter, too. That's why I came up with a way to freeze them.
