Kabocha squash rice that you can make easily in a rice cooker. The amount of sake and salt is the key. The combination of kabocha squash and rice is delicious.
I used the recipe I use to make sweet potato rice for this.
After the rice is cooked, mix it gently with a rice paddle. Take care not to smash up the kabocha squash too much.
