Peel the eggplants at 4 sections to make strip patterns and cut into half lengthwise.
Then further cut into half crosswise and then again into half lengthwise before cutting into 2 or 3 pieces. Soak in water to remove the astringency.
Take out the seeds inside green pepper and then cut into half.
Mix ● ingredients and make the sauce in advance.
Pour sesame oil in a pan and stir fry the ground pork until the color turns.
Add eggplants and stir fry until it wilts.
Add sauce from step ④ and mix frequently while cooking to evaporate the liquid.
When the liquid is almost gone, add green pepper and stir fry until it is cooked through.
Mix well and it is ready!

I received lots of eggplants and found a very delicious dish in a book, and I wanted to present it to everyone so I uploaded it.
For the eggplant, use a vegetable peeler to cleanly and easily peel. Adding spices like garam masala would make it spicy and it will become a taste for grown-ups. For children, I recommend these seasoning ingredients as it is. You could use any kind of vegetables.
