Enjoy this with shiso (perilla) leaf, ao-nori seaweed powder, sesame seeds, and semi-dried baby sardines! You can use the rice to make chirashizushi, rolled sushi, or molded sushi.
I wanted to recreate a sushi rice that I had at a sushi shop!
Be careful not to cook the rice too well, or it will become pasty. Use a wooden rice paddle if possible. (It will help absorb excess moisture.)
