Easy Whole Kiwi Jello using Kanten

Each serving has one whole kiwi fruit, so it really fills you up.
This is a healthy dessert item since it's made with agar (kanten).

Ingredients: 5 servings (in a kiwi size glass)

Kanten (powdered)
25-30g (to taste)


1. Combine the water and kanten gelatin in a pot and bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes, mixing until dissolved (keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't boil over).
2. Peel the kiwi fruit, and cut one of the kiwis into 5 equal slices. Cut the remaining kiwis into chunks.
3. Fill cups with the chunks of kiwi, then fill with the kanten mixture until the glass is 70% full. Top with the round slice of kiwi.
4. Chill in the refrigerator until hardened and serve them out of the cups.
