Rolly * Asian Sweet Potato Balls

They are simple and somewhat nostalgic. I can't stop eating them!

Ingredients: 18 balls

Asian sweet potato
1 medium (net weight 200 g)
Light brown sugar
2 tablespoons
1.5 tablespoons
Vegetable oil
as needed
1 teaspoon


1. Peel the sweet potato and soak in water, then boil until soft.
2. Mash the potatoes, add light brown sugar and katakuriko and knead.
3. When everything comes together, make small balls (about 2.5 cm in diameter)
4. Heat oil in a pan, place the potato balls and cook until brown. Add butter at the end and turn off the heat when the butter has melted.
