Roll the dough and shape into oblong balls. Seal the edges well. Cover the dough with a moist tea towel and leave to prove in a warm place.
Preheat the oven to 390°F/200°C. After proving, sprinkle flour and make 5 slits on each dough.
Bake in the 355°F/180°C oven for about 20 minutes and it is done.
