Shimeji mushrooms
150 g
Olive oil

Salt and pepper

White wine
4 tablespoons

Steps

1. Heat olive oil in a pan and add the shrimp, shimeji mushrooms and white wine and season with salt and pepper.
2. Add the cooked pasta, mozzarella cheese and genovese pesto and quickly toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
