I made a different version of my original recipe!
Wash the peeled shrimp with katakuriko. It will remove the fishy smell and dirt and give a good texture. When the mozzarella cheese starts to melt at Step 2, adjust the seasoning with salt! Adjust the amount of genovese pesto to your liking.
