Konnyaku Kimchi

Konnyaku Kimchi

It's made with of konnyaku, but it's irresistible!!

Ingredients: 2 servings

1 block (250 g)
Napa cabbage kimchi
120 g
a pinch
1.5 teaspoons
A scant tablespoon
1 tablespoon
Usukuchi soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon
Sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon
Green onions
as needed


1. Slice the konnyaku as thinly as you can and boil in water with a pinch of salt. Drain.
2. Put the mayonnaise in a frying pan and fry the konnyaku until they slightly brown.
3. Add the kimchi to the pan and mix with the konnyaku. Add the sugar, sake, and soy sauce and simmer until the liquid cooks off.
4. Drizzle in some sesame oil and immediately turn off the heat.
5. Garnish with chopped green onions to finish!
