Smoked Salmon Chirashi Sushi

It is delicious with the flavor of the smoked salmon. How about making unrolled sushi without the hassle of preparation beforehand?

Ingredients: 3 to 4 servings

☆Cooked white rice
2 rice cooker cups (360 ml)
☆Sushi vinegar
60 ml
☆White sesame seeds
2 to 3 tablespoons
☆Shiso leaf ( julienne )
a pinch
Smoked salmon
100 g
Boiled shrimp
100 g
● Sugar
1 teaspoon
●Japanese soup stock ( or water )
1 tablespoon
Roasted nori seaweed
1 leaf
About 478 kcal and about 2.3 g of salt content for 1 person


1. Add ☆ to the white rice and make sushi rice and let it cool down. Add sesame seeds and the julienne shiso leaves and mix.
2. Mix all ● ingredients and make scrambled eggs and let it cool down. ( Add some sugar to the eggs if you like. )
3. Use a slicer and slice the cucumber into a round thin slice. Put the * salt and leave till water comes out of the cucumber. Cut the roasted nori sheet or tear into small pieces.
4. Put the sushi rice from the 1 process on a plate and squeeze out the water from the cucumber before putting on the rice. Then decorate with the smoked salmon, boiled shrimp and scrambled eggs to make it look nice and sprinkle some nori on top and it is ready.
