The instructions said that agar-agar should be dissolved in water first when the jelly is made with acidic juice. But I wanted to make jelly with 100% orange juice, so I came up with this recipe.
Agar Agar has different instructions depending on the brand. Just follow the instructions. Adjust the amount of sugar according to the sweetness of the juice.
