These are rich truffles with white chocolate.


90 g
White chocolate
(about 3 pieces) 10 g
Heavy cream
50 g
1 ~ 2 teaspoons
Cocoa powder
to your liking


1. Line a circular mold or a container with a sheet of parchment paper.
2. Combine chocolate, white chocolate, and heavy cream into a small bowl, and place over a double boiler.
3. When the chocolate is completely melted, remove from the double boiler. Add rum.
4. Pour into the container, and smooth out the surface with a spoon, then chill in the fridge.
5. When it's well hardened, cut it into your preferred size pieces.
6. Coat with cocoa powder.
7. And it's done.

I tried this with various ratios.
But when I add white chocolate, it made the taste richer.
