Rich Creamy Chicken Ramen

If you get bored with regular instant ramen, how about a creamy version for a change? It was delicious, so I'm uploading here as a note to myself too.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Nissin Chicken Ramen
1 bag
Fresh cream (or milk if you don't have cream)
100 ml
350 ml
Easy melting cheese
to taste
Black pepper
to taste
to taste


1. Combine cream and water in a small pot and bring to a boil. (Adjust the ratio of cream to water to taste. In total it should be 450 ml.)
2. Add the noodles and boil for 1 minute.
3. Transfer to a bowl, top with cheese, butter and black pepper, and enjoy. (I forgot to add butter to the version in the photo. Add butter to taste.)
4. It's also good if you break the noodle block in two and use half. You can have it for a snack or soup with a meal.

Story Behind this Recipe

I adapted a ramen variation that was on a TV program called, "Shirushiru Mishiru." It's like a dish served at a café maybe!?
