Easy Pan-Fried Ginger Pork with Simple Ingredient Ratios

You can remember the ingredient ratios for this recipe quite easily. It's deliciously savory and just a tad sweet, and goes very well with rice.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Thinly sliced pork
200 g
Onion
1/2
● Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
● Cooking sake
3 tablespoons
● Mirin
3 tablespoons
Grated ginger
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Mix the ● ingredients and the ginger in bowl. Marinete the meat for about 10 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a pan and stir fry sliced onions until soft. Take them out and set aside for now.
3. Heat some oil again in the same pan and place in the slices of pork, one by one. Make sure that the slices of meat don't overlap each other.
4. When one side is browned, flip it over and add the onions and the rest of the sauce.
