Ultra-Quick Baked Cheesecake

This easy, foolproof cheesecake can be made in no time, and everyone will love it.

Ingredients: 18 × 18 cm square pan

Cream cheese
200 g
Heavy cream
200 ml
70 g
Cake flour
3 tablespoons
a small amount
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon


1. Add the ingredients into the blender, in the following order: cream cheese, eggs, heavy cream, sugar, cake flour, salt, and lemon juice. Then blend all the ingredients.
2. It will blend like this.
3. Pour the batter into a pan lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake at 170°C for 45 minutes.
5. Let it cool, then chill in the refrigerator. When serving, feel free to dust powdered sugar on top if you'd like.

I learned this recipe so long ago I can't even remember when. It's become a firm favorite, and I have continued making it since. You can easily make this cheesecake if you have cream cheese and heavy cream.
