Add the ingredients into the blender, in the following order: cream cheese, eggs, heavy cream, sugar, cake flour, salt, and lemon juice. Then blend all the ingredients.

Pour the batter into a pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 170°C for 45 minutes.
Let it cool, then chill in the refrigerator. When serving, feel free to dust powdered sugar on top if you'd like.

I learned this recipe so long ago I can't even remember when. It's become a firm favorite, and I have continued making it since. You can easily make this cheesecake if you have cream cheese and heavy cream.
This cake is at its best after a day, the flavor really improves. Adjust the baking temperature and time according to your oven.
