Just-Mix Kohlrabi Pickles

Here's Kohlrabi recipe number 6!
Kohlrabi is great for pickles.
If you use red kohlrabi, the pickles will come out light pink color.


25 ml (5 teaspoons)
1 tablespoon
8 tablespoons
1 teaspoon


1. Peel the kohlrabi and thinly slice into any shape you like. Add the ◆ marked ingredients into a plastic bag with the kohlrabi and keep in the refrigerator for 1-2 days to pickle. You're all done!
2. Here are some additional notes.
3. If you wash the red kohlrabi peel and place it in the pickling juice with the rest of the vegetable, your pickles will turn a nice light pink colour.
