Stir fry the bean sprouts quickly, add the ground pork and stir fry some more.

Flavor the stir fry with the ★ and ◎ ingredients, and thicken with katakuriko dissolved in water.
Drizzle sesame oil at the very end.
Story Behind this Recipe
This spicy yet sweet miso is a staple in our house, and I use it to season seasonal vegetables and meat stir fries.
I recommend using plenty of grated ginger and using red miso. Please adjust the amount of soy sauce depending on the type of miso used. You can use ra-yu, gochujang or ichimi spice instead of doubanjiang or omit the spices entirely.
