Easy Tuna Steak

The sweet and salty sauce is great with rice. Don't forget to add serve with the sauteed garlic!

Ingredients: 2-3 servings

Fresh sashimi grade tuna
1 block
2 cloves
☆Soy sauce
4 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
1 heaping tablespoon
2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper
a small amount
as needed
as desired


1. Thinly slice the garlic and mix together with the ☆ seasoning ingredients.
2. Lightly salt and pepper the tuna and coat in the katakuriko.
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the garlic, and cook the tuna.
4. Once cooked, add the ☆ seasonings, coat the steak, and enjoy! Eat with butter to taste.
5. It's also good served over rice!!
