Hot and Spicy Chilled Tofu with Tuna and Cucumber

Hot and spicy miso flavor. I put the yummy combination of tuna and cucumber on top of tofu.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Silken tofu (mini-sized)
2 blocks
Canned tuna
1/2 can - about 40 g
Ground sesame seeds
1 teaspoon
Miso
1 teaspoon
Doubanjiang
1/2 teaspoon
Cucumber
1/4

Steps

1. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise and slice about 2 mm thick. Drain the oil from the tuna.
2. Put the cucumber, tuna, sesame seeds, miso and doubanjiang in a bowl and mix together.
3. Put the mixture from Step 2 on top of the tofu.
