Spicy Konnyaku & Enoki Mushrooms

The fiber filled enoki mushrooms will cleans your stomach!! This recipe is not cooked in oil and contains no sweeteners. Just cook to remove the bitterness, add the seasonings, and it's done.

Ingredients: 4 servings

1 bag (230 g)
Enoki mushrooms
1 packet
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
★Bonito flakes, ichimi spice, sesame oil
a small amount


1. Cut the konnyaku into 0.5cm wide slices. Cut each slice into 3-4 strips.
2. Cut off the base of the enoki mushrooms and then cut in half.
3. Dry-fry the konnyaku in a frying pan. Once the moisture has completely evaporated, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and stir-fry.
4. When the soy sauce has evaporated, add the enoki mushrooms and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Continue stir-frying. Once the mushrooms have become tender, add the ★ ingredients.

I started a diet after returning from my trip.
Most low calorie foods lack flavor, so adding a little spice makes this a satisfying dish. It's also great in bentos.
