Strawberry Pork Rolls for Charaben

Strawberry Pork Rolls for Charaben

I wanted to make a cute version of the pork rolls I always make! Even if you don't really like vegetables, wouldn't you eat these?

Thinly sliced pork
2 slices
5 cm
Green beans
White sesame seeds
10 seeds
Soy sauce
to taste
as needed
a small amount

1. Cut the carrot into 5 mm thick long slices and boil with the beans until softened. You can also microwave.
2. Stack up two slices of carrot and then cut so that it looks triangular from the side. Cut the bean in half.
3. Spread out the pork, lightly sprinkle with salt, and then roll up the carrot and bean. The picture uses two slices of shabu shabu pork layered on top of one another.
4. When you are done rolling them up, put the ends on the bottom and sauté in a frying pan. When the bottoms have cooked, then cook the other sides.
5. Once they are cooked, add the soy sauce, mirin, and grated ginger to season.
6. Cut in half and place in the bento. Add white sesame seeds to the top.
