Easy Bulgogi (Korean Beef Stir-fry)

A simple bulgogi that is just marinating and frying. The sweet-sour sauce is almost addictive!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Beef (sliced)
1/4 of one carrot
Chinese garlic chives (nira)
1/2 bunch
☆Grated garlic
to taste
☆Soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons
☆Ground sesame seeds
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
1/2 tablespoon
1/2 tablespoon
a pinch
a small amount
☆Sesame oil
a small amount
Sesame oil for frying
as needed


1. Peel the garlic and mince. Cut the chives in 5 cm. Chop the onion vertically into thin wedges.
2. In a bowl, combine the ☆ ingredients and rub them into the meat. When the meat is soft, add vegetables and work into the mixture.
3. Heat sesame oil in a pan and add the mixture from step 2. It's finished when the beef and vegetables are cooked through.
