Easy Juicy Tomato Cups With Canned Salmon

Just stuff the tomatoes with canned salmon and microwave. ♪
Eat the juicy, runny tomato cup with a spoon.

Ingredients: 1 tomato cup

Canned salmon
1/4 can
Tomato (medium)
Cheese (Camembert cheese or cheese of your choice)
To taste
Curry powder
1 teaspoon
2 tablespoons
Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
Fresh parsley
To taste


1. Cut the top off the tomato and scoop out the insides.
2. Lightly drain the scooped out insides and mix with the curry powder, soy sauce and mayonnaise.
3. Adjust the amount of seasoning depending on how big the tomato is.
4. Mix in the canned salmon while trying not to mash it up too finely. Stuff the mixture into the hollowed out tomato.
5. Cut the piece of Camembert cheese (1/6 of a whole one) into 3 pieces, and put on top of the tomato cup. Or use whatever cheese you like instead.
6. Microwave until piping hot, sprinkle with parsley and it's done! Eat while breaking it up with a spoon!
7. I used this canned salmon.

Story Behind this Recipe

I love canned tuna as well as tomato. I combined them with cheese. I used a tomato picked from my parents' vegetable garden. ^^
