Grate all the vegetables. (You can also use a food processor).

This carrot-filled dressing is a key item for when guests come to my house to eat. Anytime someone eats it, they ask for the recipe. It's very popular.
If you can, use ground sesame seeds for the sesame seeds. They're more fragrant, easily digestible, and great for constipation. If you don't have any onions, ginger, or garlic, you can make it with just carrots. Kids love it, so they'll eat up all their greens.
