Lemon-Flavored Stir-Fried Prawns and Cucumber

Cucumber is delicious not only raw, but also stir-fried.
The lemon adds a simple and refreshing taste!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Prawn

(A) Salt, pepper, sake
a small amount each
Cucumber

Salt
a small amount
Garlic
1 clove
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
a small amount

Steps

1. Peel and devein the prawns but leave the tail and one joint above the tail. Marinate in the (A) ingredients.
2. Cut the cucumber into bite-sized strips and rub with salt. This will remove the moisture. Thinly slice the garlic.
3. Heat sesame oil in a pan and add the garlic, prawns, and squeezed out cucumber in that order. Stir-fry and add the soy sauce and lemon juice and then mix it all together.
