Reflection on Overeating Diet ☆ Considerably Satisfying... Tofu Rice Porridge

You can feel quite full with just a minimal amount of rice! I also recommend this for people who eat late dinners.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Onion
50 g
Plain cooked rice
70 g
Silken tofu
150 g
Button mushrooms
2
Chicken soup stock granules
1 1/2 teaspoons
Salt
a small amount
Green onions
to taste
Ponzu
to taste

Steps

1. Finely chop the onion and mushrooms.
2. Add 350 ml of water to a saucepan along with the onion and heat.
3. Once the onion has become translucent, add the plain cooked rice, mushrooms and chicken soup stock granules.
4. Simmer gently over low heat until the rice swells up and begins to break apart.
5. Add the tofu and bring to the boil while lightly breaking the tofu apart. Sample the taste and add salt if desired.
6. Add the green onions and ponzu to your preference ☆
