Extremely Easy Corn Soup

This is made with sweet corn.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Corn on the cob
1 cup (200 ml)
1/3 to 1/2 scant teaspoon


1. Grate the corn kernels from the cob.
2. In pot, stir the corn on medium to low heat for 2 minutes, being careful not to let it burn. I recommend using a enamel cast iron pot.
3. Add a small amount of milk and heat for an additional minute.
4. Add the remaining milk and salt and heat until it begins to bubble, then it's ready to serve.
