This is an Asian-style garlic rice dish with the rich sweetness of fried cherry tomatoes.
I had lots of tomatoes and basil in my garden, so I used them in this garlic rice.
Increase the amount of lemon juice if you want. This is spicy, so if you don't like spicy food, leave out the chilli. The garlic will burn soon after it starts to brown, so keep an eye on it.
