Chinese Cabbage and Pork Belly Wraps Simmered in Soup

The sweetness of the combination of Chinese cabbage and pork is really amazing.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chinese cabbage
4 leaves
Thinly sliced pork belly
4 slices
Pepper
to taste
*Soup stock granules
1/2 teaspoon
* Usukuchi soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon
*Water
500ml

Steps

1. Boil the cabbage leaves for around 3 minutes, lightly drain, lay the pork on top and season with salt and pepper.
2. Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
3. Put the ingredients marked with a * and the ingredients from Step 2 into a saucepan. Simmer for 30 minutes to finish.
