Sesame Flavored Konnyaku and Burdock Root

A healthy side dish with konnyaku and burdock root.
It is also good to pack in your lunch box.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Konnyaku
1/2
Burdock root
1
☆ Ground sesame seeds
1 tablespoon
☆ Dashi stock granules
1 teaspoon
☆ Sugar
1/2 tablespoon
☆ Soy sauce
A little less than 1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Peel the burdock root skin first, shave thinly, and soak in water. Slice the konnyaku thinly.
2. Boil some water in a pot, put the konnyaku and the burdock root and blanch for 5 minutes. Cool in a sieve and drain.
3. Combine the ☆ ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add the boiled konnyaku and burdock root and toss.
