Harusame Glass Noodle Ramen

You can diet secretly at lunch time while nobody is at home.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Cellophane noodles
20 g
Bean sprouts
1/2 bag
1 cm
Chinese soup stock
200 ml
Salt and pepper
a small amount


1. Simmer the vegetables in the Chinese soup stock, or in about 250 ml of boiling water and add the Chinese soup stock granules at the end.
2. When the vegetable are cooked, turn off the heat, and add the harusame glass noodles. Leave them for about 10 minutes.
3. When the harusame glass noodles are rehydrated, season with salt and pepper.
