The Parmesan cheese and soy sauce makes this rich and tasty Japanese-style spaghetti ♬

Ingredients: 1 serving

100 g
40 g
☆ Kraft brand's Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tablespoons
☆ Soy sauce
2 teaspoons
☆ Mirin
2 teaspoons
☆ Mayonnaise
2 teaspoons
☆ Sugar
1/2 teaspoon
☆ Grated garlic
1/2 teaspoon
Coarsely ground black pepper
to taste


1. Sprinkle some salt (not listed) on the okra, rub with your hand, and briefly blanch in boiling water. Cool in cold water and cut them into 2-3 mm slices.
2. Cut the bacon into 1 cm wide pieces.
3. Combine the ☆ ingredients together.
4. Boil a potful of water, add the amount of the salt directed on the package, and cook the spaghetti noodles.
5. Heat a skillet, add a small amount of olive oil (not listed), and sauté the bacon. Wipe excess oil with paper towels.
6. Briskly mix the boiled spaghetti noodles and the ☆ mixture. Add about 3 tablespoons of cooking liquid.
7. Serve the noodles onto a plate, sprinkle with coarsely ground black pepper, top with okra and enjoy ♬
