Chicken & Cauliflower in Barbecue Sauce with Lemon Flavoring

Ingredients: serves 2

Chicken thighs

Cauliflower
1/2
Lettuce
1/4
Cucumber

Ketchup
3 tablespoons
Tonkatsu Sauce
2 tablespoons
Honey
1 tablespoon
Lemon juice
1 lemon's worth
White flour
2 tablespoons
Curry powder
1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Butter
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces. Rub in salt, pepper, flour, and curry powder, and set aside. Boil the cauliflower and set aside. Tear the lettuce by hand and cut the cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
2. Combine all the flavoring ingredients and set aside.
3. Melt butter in a frying pan and cook the meat until all sides are golden brown. Remove excess oil, then add the cauliflower and cook. Transfer to a plate and set aside.
4. In the frying pan, add the flavoring ingredients and simmer slightly. Pour over the meat and serve.
