1 Minute Mock McFlurry with Banana & Oreos

Since the main ingredient is a banana, this has less calories than an actual McFlurry. There's no need for additives or fats. This is delicious!

Ingredients: 1 serving

Banana (frozen)
1 (85 g)
Heavy cream (or use 50 ml soy milk + 2 small cubes of cream cheese)
1/4 cup (50 ml)
Condensed milk or sugar
1-2 teaspoons (to taste)
Oreo or Kit Kats

Steps

1. Put the banana in the freezer the night before making this. Blend all of the ingredients (except the Oreos) together in a food processor until smooth, about 30 - 60 seconds.
2. Once everything has become creamy and fluffy, break apart and add in the Oreos. Agitate shortly 3 times. Don't blend too much!
3. When the Oreos have been crushed and blended into the mixture, pour into your choice of cups and it's done! If it's too loose at this point, place it in the freezer for a little while to let freeze.
4. I also made it with diced frozen avocado in place of the banana. This version is with Vitamin E, fiber, and minerals.

Story Behind this Recipe

I make this whenever I really want to have a McFlurry.
Even though it's supposed to resemble a McFlurry, I put it in a Starbucks cup in the photo. oops!
