Komatsuna and King Oyster Mushroom Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino

This is a fragrant pasta dish with plenty of king oyster mushrooms.

Ingredients: 1 serving

King oyster mushrooms

Komatsuna
2 bunches
Garlic
1 clove
Red chili pepper

Pasta
150 g
Olive oil
1 tablespoon
Salt
a small amount

Steps

1. Mince the garlic. Sauté the red chili pepper in olive oil until it starts to brown over very low heat.
2. Add the small-cubed king oyster mushrooms, and continue sautéing.
3. Cut the Komatsuna into less than 10 cm lengths and add to the pan.
4. Add the cooked pasta cooked in hot salted water, and mix briefly. Adjust the flavour with salt, and you're done!!
