Story Behind this Recipe
I had some kiwis in my refrigerator, so I replaced the apples in banana apple bread and made this unexpectedly delicious cake. All my friends loved this more than my usual banana apple bread.
When mixing the kiwi and egg into the bananas, it may splatter, so please use a big bowl. Both the bananas and kiwis should be fully ripened. If your bananas are medium-sized, use two and a half. If you use more bananas, it will be sweeter. Use a bread knife to cut neat slices.
