Easy Snack Made with Pancake Mix Sata Andagi (Okinawan Doughnuts)

It's a quick, easy, and delicious snack. It's one of our favorite snacks to have at home since I can make it in a short time when my kid's friends come over.

Ingredients: about 30

Pancake mix
200 g
Cake flour
200 g
White sugar
100 g
Whole egg
Milk (adjust it depending on the size of the eggs)
1-2 tablespoons
Oil for deep frying
Vegetable oil
as needed

1. Sift the pancake mix, cake flour, and white sugar into a bowl. If it's troublesome, mix with a whisk.
2. Add the beaten eggs into the bowl from Step 1, and mix with a spatula. You can mix with your hands, but the mixture will stick to your hands...
3. If the dough requires more liquid, add the milk while checking the consistency, and knead by hand. It's ok even if you put in a bit more milk.
4. Roll the dough into ping-pong-sized balls. If it sticks to your hands, dust them with cake flour.
5. Deep-fry in oil at 160℃ until golden brown, and they are ready to be served.
