Made Easy in a Pressure Cooker Meat Sauce

With plenty of vegetables for a rich flavor.
Only takes 5 minutes in the pressure cooker.
A recipe you can make quickly.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Ground pork
300 g
1 (roughly minced)
1/4 (1 cm cubes)
Your preferred mushrooms (I used enoki)
1 pack (add as you like)
3 tablespoons
Canned tomatoes (I used diced)
1 can (400 g)
Soup stock granules
2 cubes
Bay leaves
1 teaspoon
2 tablespoons
Nutmeg (optional)
a small amount
3 tablespoons
Japanese Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons
I minced piece (tube garlic also OK)


1. Place all of the ingredients into the pressure cooker and cook on high heat. Once it starts steaming reduce to low heat and pressure cook for 5 minutes.
2. Once the time is up, stop the heat. When the lock button naturally unlocks, open the lid.
3. Turn on the heat, and check the flavor. Adjust to your liking.
4. Top over your boiled pasta and it's complete. You can top with cheese or mix it in, and that's also delicious.

Story Behind this Recipe

I wanted to eat a rich, delicious meat sauce that could be made easily, so I did some research. Since I have a small child, I decided to use a pressure cooker as it doesn't require much effort.
