Pancake Mix Pineapple Cake

This cake is stuffled with pineapples.


Canned pineapple
1 can
Pancake mix
200 g
20 g
Pineapple syrup
100 ml
Melted butter
30 g
3 tablespoons


1. Grease the cake pan with butter. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2. Dry off the pineapples with paper towels. Cut 3 slices in half. Finely chop the remaining slices.
3. Place the egg, sugar, syrup, and milk into a bowl and mix.
4. Add the pancake mix and mix until there are no flour streaks.
5. Add the melted butter and finely chopped pineapple, and mix.
6. Pour the batter into the cake pan and top with the remaining pineapple slices.
7. Bake for 50-60 minutes in the preheated 180°C. When an inserted skewer is removed cleanly, it's done.
8. Once baked, place on a cooling rack to cool.
9. You can make cute little cakes if you pour some batter into madeleine cake pans If you do that, decrease the baking time You can also sprinkle with cinnamon if you would like.
