"Ebi-Kochu" Shrimp with Gochujang (Chili Sauce)

These plump shrimp served with sweet, sour and spicy sauce are perfect for appetizers or dinner.
You can finish them even when you're not as hungry during the hot summer.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Peeled shrimp
350 g
3 tablespoons
Vegetable oil
As needed
---For the Sauce---
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
3 tablespoons
●Sesame oil
1 teaspoon


1. Mix all ● ingredients.
2. Rinse the shrimp and pat dry lightly. Mix with katakuriko.
3. Cook the shrimp well in lots of vegetable oil and over medium high heat. Add the sauce and mix. Bring to a boil to finish.
