5-Minute Vichyssoise

No need for a knife, cutting board, or blender!
Make an easy vichyssoise with instant mashed potatoes.
For days when you're busy, just whip it up in a flash!

Ingredients: 3-4 servings

Instant mashed potatoes
1 cup
1 cup
20 g
Consommé soup stock granules
2 teaspoons
2 cups
Heavy cream
50 ml or more to taste


1. Combine the water, butter, and mashed potato mix in a pot, and stir over heat. Add the milk, and continue stirring over low heat until smooth.
2. Turn off the heat, add the heavy cream, stir it up, then it's ready!! Quick as a flash! Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. I use mashed potato mix from Costco.
