Marinated Beef and Onions

Just boil the ingredients and marinate them--that's all it takes!

Ingredients: 3 servings

Beef
200g
Sake
1 teaspoon
Onion
1
Marinade:
Ketchup
2 tablespoons
Japanese-style Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon
Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Sprinkle sake on the beef and set aside. Cut the onions into thin wedges.
2. Combine the marinade in a bowl and mix well.
3. Spread out each piece of meat and dip in boiling water until cooked.
4. Drain.
5. In the same pan, add the onions and boil until soft.
6. Drain the onions thoroughly.
7. Mix the meat, onions, and marinade together, and set aside to allow the flavors to absorb.
