Chinese Yakisoba Noodles

I recreated the yakisoba noodles served at chain restaurants called "Gyoza no Ohshou."

Ingredients: 2 servings

about 200 g
as needed
Fat bean sprouts
1 bag
Chinese chives
1 bunch
Chinese noodles
2 packets
○ Sake
2 teaspoons
○ Weipa
2 teaspoons
○ Oyster sauce
2 teaspoons
○ Soy sauce
2 teaspoons
○ Salt and pepper
a small amount
Sesame oil
a small amount


1. Cut up the pork and cabbage into bite sized pieces. Julienne the cabbage and carrot. Cut up the chives into 5 cm long pieces.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan and stir fry the pork. Preheat the noodles in the microwave.
3. When the pork is cooked, add the cabbage and carrots and continue to stir fry.
4. When the vegetables are cooked, add the ○ ingredients and continue to stir fry further. Add the warmed noodles and mix well.
5. Add the Chinese chives and sesame oil at the end, stir fry quickly and it's done.
6. Transfer to serving plates.

I love the yakisoba noodles served at that chain restaurants, so I tried to recreate it at home.
