Easy in a Microwave ! Budget-Friendly Orange Jello

This is the perfect blend of orange juice and mandarin oranges. It is expensive to buy at the store, but cheap to make at home!

Ingredients

100% orange juice
100ml
Canned mandarin oranges
1 can
Sugar
2 heaping tablespoons
Gelatin
5g

Steps

1. Dissolve the gelatin in 2 tablespoons of water.
2. Separate the mandarin oranges from the syrup. Add the syrup to the orange juice to get a total of 300ml.
3. Add sugar to the liquid mixture, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 2 minutes at 500W.
4. Stir in the mandarin oranges and place the bowl in ice water to cool. Once the mixture thickens, the mandarin oranges will float to the top and set.
5. Pour into individual serving cups and chill.
6. In the top photo, I placed a straw next to the "juice" just for fun.
