Honey Yogurt Mousse

A refreshing yoghurt mousse. Add honey for a nice sweetness... perfect for summer.

Ingredients: 2 wine glasses worth

Yogurt
150g
Honey
40g
Heavy cream
100g
Granulated sugar
10g
Gelatin
3g
Water
15g

Steps

1. Melt the gelatin in water over a double boiler.
2. Mix yogurt and honey in a bowl.
3. Add gelatin and heat over a double boiler or in the microwave. When the gelatin is nicely mixed in, it's ready.
4. Put heavy cream and granulated sugar into a bowl and whisk well until thickened.
5. Add the yoghurt mixture to the cream and mix some more.
6. Pour into the glasses and allow to cool in the fridge.
7. When they have hardened, top with sauce and fruit and they are done.
