Balsamic Vinegar + Mint Flavoured Tagine

You can make this easily and quickly, using moist, boiled chicken from "John Lee Cooker"!!! (Recipe ID: 580163)

Ingredients: 2 servings

Moist Boiled Chicken (Recipe ID: 580163)
as much as you like
Cherry tomatoes (or regular tomatoes)
about 15 (about 2 regular sized ones)
Mint leaves
2-3 bunches
■Grated garlic
1 teaspoon
■Balsamic vinegar
1.5-2 tablespoons
a small amount
▲Lemon or lime
1 teaspoon
Cheese (optional)
Sour cream or mascarpone


1. Roughly chop everything. Mix the ■ ingredients together.
2. Spread a layer of onions in the tagine. Add the tomatoes, avocado, and any other vegetables you like.
3. Cover with a lid and heat for 3-5 minutes. Add the chicken and the seasonings from Step 1. Put the lid back on and turn off the heat.
4. Let it steam for about 1 minute, and it's done! Season lightly with salt and pepper. You can also add oil if you like!
5. Serve with lemon and cheese!!
