Tomato Salad with Arugula and Bacon

Enjoy the fragrance of arugula and the saltiness of bacon in this tomato salad. Use fruity olive oil for a rich taste.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Tomatoes (cut into wedges)
1 pack
Bacon (thinly chopped)
1 pack
Extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons
to taste
Coarsely ground black pepper
to taste
Parmesan cheese
as needed


1. Microwave the bacon at 600 W for 30 seconds.
2. Put the tomatoes and arugula in a bowl and mix by hand.
3. Transfer the tomatoes and arugula to a serving plate, season with salt and pepper and top with the bacon. Drizzle on some olive oil and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to finish.
